New patients must have a referral for an appointment. No walk-ins. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, TriCare, Private Insurance, and Cash Pay. All appointments are confirmed within 72 hours of appt time. Any unconfirmed appts may be cancelled due to demand. There is a $50 cash fee for all no show appts. for followup and $100 for new pts. These fees must be paid prior to setting another appointment.
