Acceleration Iowa is the Des Moines metro area’s premier athlete training center and fitness facility specializing in the one-of-a-kind Frappier Acceleration Sports Training (FAST) Programs. A proud member of the Athletic Republic, at Acceleration Iowa we are committed to helping you achieve your athletic and performance goals.

Started in May of 2004 by Geoff Jensen and Jack Whitver, Acceleration Iowa offers a unique training experience. Having both participated in the FAST program, they know first hand how the training can take your athletic abilities to an entirely new level. Jack and Geoff each earned full scholarships to play college football and will help every athlete realize their full potential.
