Energy Healing: Awareness Release Technique (ART)
Energy blocks can be physical (pain/discomfort), emotional (fear/depression), or mental (negative beliefs/denial). Allow me to guide you in becoming aware of any energy blocks you may have and assist in hands-on healing. You are fully clothed on a massage table.
- Sessions are 60 minutes
- Initial session is 90 minutes and includes a written-up intuitive aura body scan

Intuitive Aura Body Scan
This scan allows me to feel, see, or hear where blockages are within your body as well as your life. I will give you insight as to what may be holding you back in living life to your fullest potential.
- Sessions are 45 minutes and will include a written-up intuitive aura body scan

Intuitive Guidance
Life can be overwhelming, be it relationships, health, financial, or career, and our perception can become muddy or clouded. During this session, I will offer you intuitive guidance and clarity to reveal your inner calm and allow your truth to shine through.
- Sessions are 60 minutes

Body Tuning
Each of our Chakras are at certain vibrational tone. When our body goes out of sync, sometimes we just need a tune-up (like our cars). Allow me to use tuning forks on your body to assist in putting it back into vibrational tone. You are fully clothed on a massage table.

Detox Foot Bath
Detoxing through your feet can be an effective and quick way to assist your body in releasing toxins that build up over time.
The concept behind ionic detox foot baths is a process called electrolysis, a method of using an electrical current to create a chemical reaction. Through saltwater, energy is charged, in turn breaking down water molecules into ions. Feet are submerged in warm water which opens the pores, the salt acts as an anti-inflammatory buffer, ions are absorbed and the detoxification process begins. (Shoes and socks will need to be removed)​

dōTERRA Aromatouch Technique
Aromatouch is a oil application technique developed to address four systemic issues: stress, toxicity, inflammatory response and body balance. Since essential oils contain many different healing properties, each oil used in Aromatouch has been selected specifically for its individual therapeutic benefits and aroma. The following oils will be applied in a specific manner to a open back and feet: Balance, Lavender, Melaleuca, On Guard, Aromatouch, Deep Blue, Wild Orange & Peppermint
- Aromatouch Technique is about 30 minutes in length.
