It starts with the question: "What do you want to achieve?" Essentially, "What do you want?" That's a tough question. Often times it's tough to figure out what you want. It can be easy, sure, but it can also be unclear. A better question, a more motivating question, is: "What do you not want?"
Our goal is to help our clients experience lasting positive health and fitness change that takes them away from what they don't want and toward what they do want.
