Lagree Fitness™ is intense on the muscles, but low-impact and safe on the joints, spine, and connective tissues.
The class can be enjoyed every day since the focus is on intensity optimization (not maximization). Most students come 3 to 5 days a week, while some like to mix and match with other workouts - that's the beauty of Lagree!
We do recommend:
- Reserve your class online!
- Have plenty of GRIP SOCKS (required to take class).
- Show up a few minutes early to meet your Teacher.
- Take plenty of rest after the first few sessions, and give your body time to adapt!
