Adam Triplett is an accomplished and reputable licensed Realtor with Greg Garrett Realty, specializing in first time homebuyers, residential resale and luxury homes. Adam has been commended for his ability to serve his client's needs whether they are leasing, first time home buyers or investors. He has made it his mission to help his clients make educated decisions as they make one of the biggest investments of their lives.

Born in Concord, NC, Adam was raised on sweet tea and southern hospitality. Moving to the Hampton Roads area in 1997, Adam attended and played basketball for Grafton High School in Yorktown, graduating in 2002. Adam now calls Williamsburg home where he lives with his wife, Amanda and their two daughters, Adalynn and Avery. The Triplett's are active members of Liberty Baptist Church in Hampton where Amanda sings on the worship team. Adam is an avid sports fan and during basketball season you can find him court-side as he coaches basketball at Summit Christian Academy.

In 2004, Adam began working directly with local real estate guru, Greg Garrett, learning the local real estate market. He received his real estate license in 2006 and joined Greg Garrett Realty as an agent. Adam quickly developed a knack for his new profession and coupled with his desire to serve others, vast knowledge of the Hampton Roads area and support from his mentor, Adam won an Outstanding Salesmanship award his first year. In fact, Adam has earned an award with the Virginia Peninsula Association of Realtors consecutively each year since. Adam earned his Broker's license in 2011 and when he accepted the position at Greg Garrett Realty, he became one of the youngest Managing Broker's in our area. Adam is known among his peers to have an exuberant work ethic and many nights and weekends he can be found the office with clients or helping new agents negotiate contracts.
