Founded 10 years ago in the Tampa Bay area by Katrina, AdeptMT has grown by leaps and bounds and settled in Uptown Marion, Iowa. With her husband Craig, they bring close to 20 years of experience to the table. Katrina has worked with professional athletes like the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and everyday individuals, also educating as a massage instructor for 6 years, creating two different curricula, knowing the industry inside-out. Craig has provided nearly 6,000 hours of massage therapy addressing musculoskeletal issues from the mundane to serious, utilizing his background in biology and the sciences to reduce chronic body and muscle pain.
