Adirondacks: The View

The Space for The VIEW!

Downstairs is an open kitchen, dining, living room and bathroom complete with a shower and whirlpool tub. All sheets, blankets and towels are provided. The 2 bedrooms are located upstairs - 1 queen and 1 full sized bed.

Outside, we have a fire pit with lawn chairs to enjoy the view. Recently we have added a nice new BBQ grill! Come and enjoy the Adirondacks!
We hope that our guests will enjoy the space and the view as we continue to make improvements!

Guest Access

Our guests have full access to the front part of this house, front yard, both side yards, and the field across the street! Outside fire pit and BBQ grill!

Interaction with Guests

I will be available by phone or AirBnb messaging (by using WIFI available at the house) to answer any questions or needs.

I currently live in the back portion of the house with my own separate parking and building access (on the other side of the house). There is no shared space, guests have complete access to everything listed. I'm pretty busy most of the time and am a quiet neighbor so, more than likely, you wouldn't notice me being around. I'd be glad to meet you or say Hi, but I also try to make sure I respect everyone's privacy! If you have any more questions about this, please feel free to message me!

The Neighborhood

Population of Wilmington is approx. 1100. It's a great little community. Wilmington is home of Whiteface Mountain, an olympic ski center.

Other Things to Note

This house is located right on NYS Route 86. It is fairly close to the road so you will hear traffic mostly in the morning and late afternoon as people are traveling to and from work. Other times, too, of course. Please view the pictures as advertised in airbnb.

The open field across the street is available to take small hikes, have a picnic, watch the wildlife, or just enjoy the view!
