Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) was described best by Norman Vincent Peal when he said, “Change your thoughts, and you change your world.” Holly uses CBT and solution focused therapy to help children and adults overcome depression, anxiety, and social issues. She works with you to empower yourself and improve your mental well-being.
Holly Benningfield, M.S., is a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate who received her Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. After enjoying 22 years as school psychologist, Holly has been able to pursue her dream of becoming a licensed counselor. Holly’s experience working within schools often allows her to help clients whose children are struggling with social or academic issues.
