About the Founder

Erick Jimenez is Founder, Main Advisor & Investor and Business Development Director of AdL Holdings.

Erick has 15 years of experience in the Auto Supply Industry. Recently at Rassini www.rassini.com/en/index.html as Business Development Director for Europe & Asia, China Chief Representative and Sales & Program Manager in the US & Mexico. During this period, he setup and directed Commercial & Technical offices in such regions. While in charge, Erick carried out businesses with companies in Western & Eastern Europe, mainly in Germany, France, UK, Spain, Russia, Czech Republic, Turkey, etc. But also, Erick was Business Door-Opener in China.

Businesses with New Customers in Europe, among others: Daimler-Mercedes Benz, Renault-Nissan, BMW, Ford Motor Co., GM-Opel. When it comes to specific activities, Erick led Strategic Partnerships, Sales, Development and Sourcing, Liaison activities between Customers, Headquarters and Plants, structured Cooperation Agreements, Corporate Strategies, Competitive Assessments, Market & Business Intelligence and performed Due Diligence Visits for landing and developing Global Programs.

During the 2004-2011 time-frame, Main achieved GOALS:

* 2009-2011 - Awarded as Tier 1 supplier and first time ever designated as Global lead-design for a major OEM program of Ford Motor Co. This platform was launched and assembled in Europe, NA & China. Commercial & technical development: Purchasing (Germany), Engineering (UK), Design, Testing & Manufacturing (Turkey).

* 2008-2011 – Development of Market Access Strategy in Europe for Rassini, by generating the first ever sales in the old Continent through awarding Renault-Nissan supply programs in the OEM Auto Supply Industry, achieving export volume sales in the range of $4.5M USD/year (10-year contracts worth $45M USD).

* 2005-2010 – Initiative, Design & Development of a supply contract agreement of suspension components for the Auto Industry in Europe in partnership with HZAP www.hzap.cz, Czech company (EUR 30 M/year turnover).

- Business Cooperation with OMK www.omk.ru/en/OMK, Russian company, through a TAA (Technical Assistance Agreement), to provide sales access and supply auto components to foreign Western European brands in the local market. This green-field project included the very initial steps, from scouting, study of infrastructure and production equipment, due-diligence, tech-financial-business assessment & logistics, for selecting the manufacturing site.

* 2004-2007 – Business initiative for kicking-off and launching a state-of-the-art program for Daimler-Mercedes Benz, for the Premium Auto Industry, by entering and competing in the European market (tech & commercial requirements, quality, logistics, contracts, etc.).

- Pre-emptive action program avoiding a part quality recall by Magna-Steyr www.magnasteyr.com in Graz, Austria (Savings: $2M USD).
