Admiral Nimitz Foundation

The Admiral Nimitz Foundation was established in 1971 as a 501 (c)(3) and supports and manages the National Museum of the Pacific War in Fredericksburg, Texas. The National Museum of the Pacific war is a Texas Historical Commission property. The Foundation’s efforts have built a well-established and respected institution, which annually welcomes over 120,000 visitors, including about 15,000 middle and high school students from across the state.
