In 2013, my family traveled to Bolivia and spent eight months there working with homes for abandoned or orphaned children. Many of the homes made jewelry to raise funds for their day to day operations. After coming back to the U.S., I tried my hand at jewelry making and fell in love with it. I love to find old pieces that have been discarded and forgotten and turn them into something beautiful and on-trend. I believe that a woman's beauty comes not from what she puts on her body, but from a spirit of grace. I hope my jewelry is a reminder of that grace.
A percentage of all profits from jewelry sales go back to Ruth Y Noemi, a home in Bolivia for pregnant women in crisis and their babies.
