AFHS Mission
" We are a readily accessible behavioral health partial care program focused on building from the unique strengths and potential of our staff and consumers, in order to successfully partner in averting hospitalization and promoting safe and satisfying community living."
AFHS offers over 80 groups per week including groups related to: managing your unique set of symptoms, feeling better about yourself, living a healthier lifestyle, preventing Alcohol/Substance Abuse Relapse. Our partial care program is supervised by our Board Certified Psychiatrist. Group therapy hours are from 8:15 am to 2:40 pm with daily breakfast and lunch free of charge to our consumers. Case Management services to help with stressors including housing, benefits and medical care. Door-to-door transportation to and from the program is available. Insurances accepted: NJ Medicaid, Amerigroup -MLTSS, private pay.
