Advantage Title opened for business in March 1995 with the mission of providing professional, accurate title insurance and transaction closing services to our clients and customers in a timely and efficient manner.

At an early point in our company' life, we decided that closings can be fun and the process goes better if our aim is to provide an atmosphere where enjoying the transaction is one of the goals. Adherence to this philosophy was one of many factors contributing to our growth.

Over the years we grew from a small three employee firm to one of the largest competitors in the area. At the peak of the market we employed as many as eighteen title professionals. In order to accommodate our tremendous growth during the mid 2000's, we relocated our downtown office in 2009 from the historic Earl & Hatcher Building to the Renaissance Center. Our new office space allows us to efficiently serve all of our customers.
