We are Richard and Barbara Banks of New Bern, NC. Our home church is Pleasant Acres Free Will Baptist Church of New Bern; which we have attended since moving to the area in 1982. We have two grown married sons, with four grandchildren.
Richard has worked 25 years in city government as superintendent of planning, zoning, building inspections, emergency management, historic district administrator, flood coordinator, and engineering.
