We are a faith and family based environment. Our main hours are from 4:00pm-9:00pm with options to open for additional classes. This facility houses the latest and greatest in training equipment as well as true Martial Arts training for the mind body and spirit. Our Classes are Taught by real Professional Competitors whether in CrossFit or martial arts which sets us completely apart from any other facility in our area.
