AMI was founded in 2004 to provide MRO services of airframe components; nacelles, inlet cowls, thrust reversers, primary and secondary flight controls, primary and secondary aero structures; both metallic and composite. In 2015 AMI was purchased by AerSale based in Miami, FL. Operating in Rio Rancho, NM, AMI's codified processes enable it to meet the exacting demands of our customers; quick turn time, high quality and realistic pricing. AMI provides turn-key capabilities, all in house and possesses complete back shop capabilities to fully inspect, including complete NDI capabilities, repair and return to service structural assemblies; incoming inspection, NDI, autoclaves and paint. AMI’s individual professional technicians possess on average over 15 years of industry experience Customers of the Company consist aircraft component resellers and over 120 operators of both domestic and international airline and air cargo fleets primarily for Boeing, McDonnell Douglas legacy aircraft, Airbus and ATR aircraft. The company holds repair station certifications with the FAA, EASA and CAAC.
