Affiliated Veterinary Specialists (AVS) is the only group of specially trained, board-certified veterinarians in Central Florida. We have been serving our clients since January 1992 and over the past 20 years we have seen over 80,000 patients. AVS has specialists in the areas of orthopedic and soft tissue surgery, internal medicine, medical and surgical neurology, radiology (inclusive of ultrasound, MRI and CT Scan), radiation and medical oncology, dentistry, behavior and physical rehabilitation. For your convenience, Affiliated Veterinary Specialists now has two locations. Our primary location is in Maitland at 9905 South U.S. Highway 17-92. Our satellite location is located in Orlando at 11011 Lake Underhill Road in the Waterford Lakes area. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 6pm, and Saturday our Maitland location is open 7am to 1pm. We offer 24 hour care to all of our hospitalized patients at both locations.
