Affinity Health System

Affinity Health System, an Ascension ministry, is comprised of Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh, St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton, Calumet Medical Center in Chilton, Affinity Occupational Health and Affinity Medical Group, a regional network of family practice and specialty clinics.

Affinity is part of Ascension, the largest Catholic health care system in the U. S. Affinity’s mission is to live out the healing ministry of Christ by providing services that promote the health and well being of the communities it serves, especially the poor. To accomplish that mission, Affinity aligns itself with the values of Ministry Health Care: service, integrity, creativity, teamwork, justice and stewardship.
