After School Spanish

"HUSD parents, have you ever wished your child could learn Spanish while their brain is still soft and open to language fluency? Are you wondering what to do with the extra 2 hours of the school day on Wednesday afternoons this year? We've got just the thing you're looking for! AFTER SCHOOL SPANISH!
After School Spanish offers your student a classroom environment during early-release Wednesdays (1:15-3:05 p.m.) where he or she can have enrichment to their education with a psuedo-immersion experience for almost 2 hours of Spanish instruction per week.
The program is developed and classes are taught by a highly-qualified Spanish teacher with over 17 years of experience teaching Spanish to all age-groups. Classes will be taught in 2 age-groups, K-2 and 3-6 graders. We specialize in cutting-edge language acquisition methodologies that utilize brain-based techniques proven to create fluency. We also integrate technology, video, songs, literature, story-telling, games, and projects for a comprehension-focused environment that connects culture to language and builds up to an immersion experience over time.

The cost is $200/quarter (8-week sessions each quarter) with a sibling discount of -25.00. The preferred method of payment is cash or check. See enrollment form for details. There will be an added fee of $8 for credit card transactions.
