With over 50 classes a week, Agape offers a wide array of group exercise courses and 1 on 1 personal training. Our 4,000 square foot facility, includes two separate rooms, often conducting simultaneous group classes. Courses include: bootcamp, zumba, ab & buns, spin, ballet barre, pound, muscle hustle, core, bootcamp spin, ripped, and our running class. One of the main keys to fitness is to “attack” it from all angles. The more dynamic your workout regimen, the better your results.
