The club is an organization based on the Martial Art Muay Thai, that originates in Thailand. Muay Thai uses stand-up striking and grappling - a great mode of self defense. Through the teaching of eastern philosophies, health & fitness, self defense, and eastern healing techniques, we will provide others with a chance to improve their lifestyles. Eastern Muay Thai is dedicated to providing and building a balanced mind, body, and spirit. Our approach to healing is through massage therapy, energy movement, and herbs. We now also offer Boxing lessons and Personal Training for those looking for different methods to achieve their fitness goals.
