Aging In Place Builders, Inc. (AIP) is a general contractor that remodels and modifies homes for the elderly, disabled, and handicapped. Our goal is to create stylish, accessible and safe living environments for anyone who wishes to stay in their home and "age in place". We see ourselves as the company that offers an alternative solution for anyone who may have to move to a nursing home, assisted living or health care institution. More often than not, these institutions are seen as the only option for someone with a degenerative disease, declining mobility, or a functional handicap. AIP Builders wants people with disabilities and those that care for them to know that modifying a home for accessibility is a smart and cost effective alternative to an assisted living scenario.
