At AGS Data Analytics and Consulting, we work with all types of businesses, large or small, public or private, also non-profits or even students needing research results. Strategic Planning:

It involves research and careful analysis to determine the actions and strategy that needs to be pursued and put into place. This will allow the organization to have direction and make important decisions that will impact it's success among other competitors.

Training:
When a new strategic plan has been created, training will be needed to educate each employee the goals and direction the organization has chosen to take. Also, many times when a business goes through a reorganization, the roles of an employee(s) will have likely changed. They may have new responsibilities or may need to change the way a process was once done. In those cases we offer employee training on the new policies and procedures.

Survey Development:

Graphical Information Systems Mapping: Graphical Information Systems Mapping or GIS Mapping is essentially taking several different variables, one always being spatial (a certain geographical location), among any other infinite variables and analyzing the data. After the data has been analyzed and processed, a clear and understandable map showing the results is made. At AGS Data Analytics and Consulting, we also offer an explanation to each of the maps for further clarity. Public Health Consulting:

This back ground includes: seven years teaching health at WMU, seven years of research in public health issues, five years in GIS mapping and over 15 years of management work.
