Agsten Manor

Agsten Manor provides carefree and affordable housing to people 62 years of age and older, or under 62 with a mobility impairment. We are conveniently located in Charleson WV, within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and the bus line. Agsten Manor offers one-bedroom apartments; kitchen furnished and ammenities such as: limited-access entrance, emergency call system, 24-hour emergency maintenance, community room, computer room, on-site laundry facility, community garden and book club.

Agsten Manor has an on-site Property Manager and Service Coordinator. The Service Coordinator arranges educational wellness programs and coordinates services to help residents maintain independent living and age in place. Our team works together to provide quality housing services for seniors and disabled people in our community.

Agsten Manor is managed by National Church Residences. Our mission is to provide quality housing and care at affordable prices in communities of caring persons. Our ministry is national in scope and originates from a Christian commitment of service to older adults, which began in 1961.
