What comes with the Clubhouse rental?
You have use of the Clubhouse for the contracted date and time as well as available tables and chairs.
How many tables and chairs are available?
Chairs: 85
Tables:
10 each 8' x 3'
2 each 8' x 2.5'
4 each 6' x 3'
What time does the function need to end?
Rental event activity must end and premises must be vacated by 11pm. Exterior amplified entertainment must cease no later than 10pm.
Is there a noise limit?
Not in the building, however music and noise volumes must remain at "conversation level" in the outdoor areas. Amplified music must conclude by 10pm.
Is there guaranteed parking?
Parking is "first come, first served."
Can we provide our own bar?
The distribution, sales, and consumption of alcohol must be in compliance with State and Local laws, ordinances, and regulations.
Do we need a security guard and what is the cost?
A security guard is required for events from 7pm to 11pm at $100.
Is there a cleaning fee or service and what is the cost?
A cleaning service may be available to provide cleaning of the Clubhouse after the event for a fee of $150.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
These funds are held on account and are not applied toward balance due nor as your final payment. Following the event, the deposit will be applied toward expense incurred, damages, or loss (if any) and a refund check will be mailed within 21 calendar days after key is returned, along with written itemization of all amounts deducted as provided in the agreement. A security deposit is required to secure your event at the Agua Dulce Women's Club.
What is liability insurance and how do I obtain it?
All events at the Agua Dulce Women's Club must have a standard one million dollar certificate of liability insurance listing the Agua Dulce Women's Club as additionally insured. Contact your homeowner's insurance provider for details, or search the Internet for event insurance providers. This certificate must be on file with the Facilities Director prior to the event day.
