Ah-Beetz New Haven Style Pizza is America’s newest convenient-casual pizza concept, opening its first location in the heart of Downtown New Haven, a city known for its distinct style of thin-crust pizza, referred to by locals as Apizza. Here at Ah-Beetz, we quickly cook every made-to-order pizza in 800-degree coal-fired brick ovens to ensure that authentic char on every Apizza we make. Just remember, “Apizza” is how you spell it, but “AH-BEETZ” is how you say it...so say it right!
The Food!
We offer a diverse menu with the tools in place for customers to truly design their own meals! We offer hand-tossed 11-inch personal Ah-Beetz, fresh salads chopped or tossed to order, homemade soups, cage-free chicken wings, calzones, and grinders. All of our food is cooked to perfection in our coal-fired brick ovens and ready for customer enjoyment within minutes.
