Ahh Yoga

Welcome to Ahh Yoga. We hope you will find our thriving studio an oasis from the hustle and bustle of every day life. We want to be the place that feels warm and friendly and where you feel accepted just as you are. We believe everyone and every-body is able to practice yoga and we hope you will allow us the opportunity to be your studio.

Ahh Yoga is owned by Betsy Link. Ahh Yoga is supported by a number of amazing teachers who bring a variety of strengths and talents to the way they teach and approach the practice. Our teachers currently include: Judy Riedl, Amy Madigan, Jessica Ralph, Libby Pyle, Ruta Kulys, Aasne Daniels Betsy Link, Jeff Bown, Ami Flammini, Katherine Morgan, Dave Morgan, Carrie Walber, Danna Courson, Ashley Krstulovich, Maureen Faller, Sarah DaRosa, Emily Kraus, Matt Nachtwey


We currently offer a wide variety of classes, including Vinyasa Flow, Hot Yoga, Hot Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga,Yoga Sculpt, Stand-Up Paddle Board Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Gentle Hot Yoga, Chair Yoga, Kids Yoga, Tween Yoga, Yoga for Babies and their Mom's Yoga, Yoga for relaxation, Yoga for seniors yoga, and Partner Yoga. In addition we offer weekend workshops and special events.
