Aikido Center San Francisco

Shiohira Shihan has been teaching in the United States since 1974. His aikido reflects his training at Waseda University and Hombu Dojo, and shows the influences of his work in Zen, Misogi and Calligraphy.

Regular membership is $100/month, $80 for full-time students and members under 22. Beginners can also sign up for “basic” membership, which allows you to attend all Basics classes, Mon/Wed 6:30-7:15, and Tues/Thurs 6:00-6:45; as well as the mixed beginner/intermediate classes, Tues/Thurs 7:00-8:00. Basic membership is $70/month, $60 for full-time students and members under 22.
