Aim High Conceal and Carry

Aim High Conceal and Carry provides the 8 hours of training required by the State of Kansas to apply for a Conceal and Carry Permit. Instructors for the class are Shannon Vail and John Keele. Both Shannon and John are state certified instructors by the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center for Law Enforcement basic marksmanship. Classes are held at the Parsons Police Department.. If you are interested in taking the class contact either Shannon or John Keele and you wil be notified of the time and date of the next class.
