AJ Champion Property Services, LLC is a INTERNACHI Certified Home Inspection Company. Al Champion, owner/investor, has had over 15 years of property management experience. Besides Al, Tim Becker is our other inspector. Tim is a police sergeant and has been on the force for over 18 years. His time in the military was spent as a Civil Engineer, working in the electrical field and as a high voltage lineman. He trained to be a home inspector over 16 years ago to benefit a close friend who was investing in homes to repair and resell. Tim is a trained observer with a great deal of experience repairing and renovating properties.

Not only do we do Home Inspections, but we will also do the following:
* Help you find the perfect tenant,
* Prepare your investment property for tenants
* Clean outs of properties for sale or renovation
* Referrals for other home improvements needs if we cannot do it
