I'm Chris Folkman and I own and operate AJAX Strength & Conditioning. I have been in the fitness field for the past 11 years. I have extensive experience with proper lifting technique, plyometric, body weight exercises, and rehabilitation exercises to assist in injury recovery.
I am an online trainer, which means I will build a customized training plan for you. You can bring your workouts to the gym, track your progress. I as your trainer will review your progress and tweak your training plan.
The perks to on-line training are:
1. You don’t have to go a gym, you can workout at home as well.
2. Scheduling is a non-issue (good for busy people who find it a nuisance to fight over the few convenient spots in a trainer’s schedule.)
