Sessions focus on Speed, Agility, Power, Strength, Injury Prevention, Core Stability, and Flexibility... everything an athlete needs to take his/her game to the next level. Recommended age is 12 years old. Younger athletes are permitted in based on coach's discretion. Athletes can train from once a week to unlimited!
