Blue Hen Yoga offers Hatha/Slow Flow yoga (longer holding of poses than in most "power yoga" classes, to yield greater asana benefits- but still delivering a good challenge, for most yogis!) at the following times:
CRRENT SCHEDULE
Mondays, 5:30-6:45pm: Yoga Basics (perfect for new students/ those returning after time away)
Wednesdays noon-1:30pm
Fridays 5:30-7pm
Saturdays 4-5:15pm Yoga for Healing & Recovery (donation based; $5 minimum suggested)
Sundays 10:00am- 11:30 am

Class rates: $15 to drop in; discount bundles available. Saturday "Yoga for Healing & Recovery" is donation based, meaning give what you are able ($5 suggested minimum, or use a class ticket; no checks for this class, please).
