Al Carbon is a convenient way to provide a healthful Peruvian dinner for the whole family. Already, people are discovering you can grab a Peruvian style rotisserie chicken to go, fresh and hot from the rotisserie and have it on your dining table in no time. The rotisserie chicken sandwiches are outstanding, and the Peruvian beans and the entire house made desserts are unexpected treat. The chicken is marinated in 14 different Peruvian spices for 24 hours. Then it’s roasted on a rotisserie in the charcoal oven. The menu is limited to focus on the chicken, but also feature ham, pork and turkey sandwiches. The star sandwich here is the chicken sandwich, prepared simply with rotisserie chicken, lettuce, tomato and savory red onion.
