Our modular π-Rate Power Plants™ are designed to treat Industrial Wastewater as well as carbon-based sludge from wastewater treatment plants. This carbon-based material is then thermochemically treated via π-Rate System™ processes, and converted to Synthesis Gas (a synthesized version of natural gas). This process is carbon neutral. The synthesis is then combusted in a natural gas turbine or generator to produce electricity to help supply company and community needs. Components of the system allow for industrial wastewater treatment and recovery of hydrocarbons from oil-contaminated wastewater, as well as other carbon elements that may be entrained in the wastewater. We have a zero liquid discharge process that allows us to thermochemically treat the wastewater and then discharge via turbines as steam, thus generating more energy to supply company and community needs. This is the most environmentally-friendly known method, so far as management is aware, to treat and discharge appropriate wastewater streams. We seek to be a zero waste system, whereby sludge that is thermochically converted into synthesis gas that is combusted in internal combustion engines, our generators, provides a beneficial byproduct that can be utilized as fertilizer, or landfill ground cover, or mix for cinder blocks/bricks, or other environmentally-friendly and business beneficial uses
