3.. If your equipment goes out during a crucial time in your growing cycle, we are willing to trade out with you. You won't have to wait for us to send out your equipment, just bring it in, trade it out. Super simple.

4. Customer service! We are always a phone call away if you have questions or need assistance after the store is closed.

5. We will trade your used hydroponic equipment if it's in good working condition and clean. Speak with our team to get the best deal.

6. Need your meter calibrated? We do that too!

7. If hydroponics intimidates you, we are here to walk you through every step. With a glass enclosed area that is fully operational, you can see how all of the equipment works together right before your eyes and get some hands-on experience.

8. We love learning and support local schools by offering a 10% discount. Agricultural sustainability is the future!

10. There really is an Alaska Jack and his name really is Jack. He's the owner of the store and you'll find him at either one of his stores in Palmer or Wasilla. Some days he even works with his grand-son, our future owner and his wife, our PHR Manager. Every once in awhile we get to sneak in one of our four-legged helpers too. With our fantastic, intelligent team and our gardeners, your can be confident that your garden will thrive.
