Alchemy Yarns creates luxury hand painted natural fiber for the fashion and knitting trades. Sold worldwide, all Alchemy fibers are made with love on a small farm an hour's drive north of San Francisco. Gina Wilde, author of The Alchemy of Color, Shibori Knits, and other titles, is President/CEO of Alchemy, which she co-founded with partner Austin Wilde in 2002.
Launching in February 2011, *alchemy underpinnings.* Our first ready-to-wear line features the finest spun silk jersey fabric, hand painted in the Alchemy Yarns tradition of brilliant color, to create sensual slips, tights, and other sexy bits.
