Aldolino Italian Restaurant was started almost 55 years ago by Aldolino Formica, a full-blooded italian with a great culinary resume. Aldo, as he was known by his family and friends, was an executive chef at some of Los Angeles' finest italian restaurants. His animated approach to life caught the eye of many Hollywood personalities and landed him appearances on ''I Love Lucy'' , the "Ed Sullivan Show'' and many others. Now, his recipes and memories live on. We proudly serve the same authentic recipes that made Aldolino's famous. Most people know us for our hand-tossed pizzas and our homemade lasagna.
