Our motto here at Alex Johnson Sport & Fitness is Hebrews 12:11 No discipline is fun while it last, but seems painful at the time, Later however it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness for those who have been trained by it.

At Alex Johnson Sport & Fitness we provide premier customized training for the beginner through elite athlete to your everyday Jane or Joe.
Although you see my name and logo on the door, this gym belongs to the clients. We are a family here. This gym was created to point souls to Christ, to foster life long relationships, and to encourage and help one another.

We are not just a group of coaches and trainers, we are purpose driven men and women of God with a passion to help you obtain your goals.
