We empower #SaltLakeCity #Utah with the knowledge and more importantly the action steps to take control of their #health, and we do this by focusing on the cause of disease and not merely the symptoms.

Align Utah has a vision of Salt Lake City residents changing not only the way that we view our health, but the ways in which we manage our health and healthcare as well.

We envision this healthcare “movement” transforming Salt Lake City- leading to drastic decreases in depression, cancer, obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and other devastating diseases while leading to longer lives, happier families, and a healthier community.
