General Services

24-HOUR HOSPITAL CARE
Emergencies can occur at any time. Our doors are open to emergencies 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with an on-call veterinarian and experienced staff ready to help small, large or exotic animals.

BATHING
Our Animal Care Team is ready and waiting for you to bring your pet for a bath. We ask that you drop your pet off before 10 a.m. Monday through Friday so we can ensure that the pet will be dry, brushed and ready for pick-up by 3 p.m. Our baths include a nail trim and an ear cleaning. If your pet has special needs in the bathing department, we have a variety of medicated shampoos. If you need help with flea control, just let us know as we can apply flea control products with our baths!

BEHAVIORAL MEDICINE
Illness doesn't always have a physical cause. We employ trained animal behaviorists who help determine the cause of such disorders as separation anxiety and obsessive behavior, and then develop a treatment regimen for the client.

BIRDS, REPTILES, RABBITS AND SMALL MAMMALS

With better public education in health, nutritional and environmental management, all species have a greater chance for living longer and healthier lives. We employ staff veterinarians who possess experience in the care and treatments of exotics.
