We are opening up a Baseball, Softball and Sports Facility by the airport this Fall.

WE WILL OFFER:
• Experienced trainers for private and team lessons.
• Regulation Baseball and Softball Infields,
• Batting Cage and Pitching Mound Rentals.

• Parking lot is well lit and under 24 hour surveillance by the NFTA with security cameras.

TEAM MEMBERSHIPS INCLUDE:
• Each team receives one per week - Infield for one hour, 2 batting cages
for one hour
• Each player receives a one year membership to use the facility

TEAM RATES:
• Standard package - 10 player minimum - $425 per player
• Gold package - Standard package and 12 training sessions where one of our
trainers runs a clinic on the infield during your allotted time slot - $545 per player
• Silver package - Standard package + 8 training sessions - $505 per player
• Bronze Package - Standard package + 4 training sessions - $465 per player

Any team can contract a trainer to help/run a practice for $100.00 an hour
Field rental:
• Peak Time - $100 per half hour, $185 per hour
• Non-peak Time - $85.00 per half hour, $150 per hour
Cage Rental - $20.00 per half hour, $35.00 per hour
Pitching Mound Rental - $15.00 per half hour, $25.00 per hour
Team discounts 1 hour field and cage - $195
10 hour batting cages - $285.00
10 hour pitching mounds - $185.00
10 hours infield and cage time - $1425.00
