All Is Well Foundation, Inc. is a 501 (c)3
Virginia-based non-profit corporation
that is charitable in scope and nature.
It is organized for refining the quality of
life for those who are disenfranchised
and disconnected from society in terms
of personal care, their living situations,
and the potential for fulfilling their future
outlook. The work that is done by the organization
allows it to achieve its charitable
goals in terms of service provisions,
community outreach, and individual
and personal development.
The organization aims to refine, reestablish,
and enrich the lives of those it services.
Through targeted programming,
identified needs areas can be addressed
on holistic and individual levels. A
purpose of All Is Well Foundation, Inc.
is to eradicate and provide housing to
the homeless, youth, women, mental
health (emotional-disabilities), substance
abusers and ex-offenders, to
build/renovate housing for low income
residence. To provide support
services for such individuals seeking a
better way of life; to promote and institute
programs that will address, educate,
and provide aid for chronic malnutrition
and hunger on a local and regional level.
The organization will establish the infrastructure
to directly impact the lives of
the impoverished, homeless, undereducated,
and unemployed.

This infrastructure is composed of six
different (interrelated yet distinct arms
of service delivery).

1. The Housing Initiative: Building and
renovating housing for low and no
income families & individuals
2. Feeding the Hungry: Distribution
Food Center that will provide balanced
meals and basic household
goods
3. Healthy Living for a Better Life: Preventive
Health Care
4. Educating the Masses: Onward &
Upward teaching basic skills of reading
& writing
5. Character, Class, and Culture: Promoting
empowerment and inspiration
to foster mental transformation
6. The Clothing Effort: Caring & Covering
individuals and families for their
social and professional needs

*Although we advocate diversity, these
services will not be open to the general
public as a referral from an authorized
associations/organization, will be required,
ie… Social Services, Veterans Administration
or a local church. The services
will be available to low and no income
residence and temporarily displaced
families and individuals.

All Is Well Foundation, Inc. is funded by
government, state and local grants. Donations
from corporate sponsors and
personal individual donations are also a
means of sustaining the mission.
Because of the magnitude of services
offered, collaborations and ongoing
sponsorships are necessary and appreciated.
