Allegro Dance and Fitness

Allegro Dance and Fitness has been serving the Shoals area since 2009. We offer dance classes for ages 3 and up in a wide variety of styles including Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, and Acrobatics. In addition to dance classes, the studio is now also a fitness center offering classes in BarreAmped, and soon, Buti Yoga. BarreAmped is an intensive body shaping experience designed to produce reliable results, no matter the client.
