The Allen Veterinary Hospital is a full veterinary service offering in house lab work, dental work & x-rays. Our trained, compassionate staff is always available to answer any questions you may have. Dr. Loughlin is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of veterinarian medicine, he also did undergraduate studies at Tufts University in Medford Massachusetts. And graduated in 1987.
