Welcome to Alliance Champions Training Center. We are the home of Parisi Speed School, Training for Warriors Greenville and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Parisi Speed School at Alliance Champions offers speed, strength and sports foundation training for athletes from 7 years old to pros.

Training for Warriors Greenville is a little fitness school with a BIG passion for training motivated people to reach the best shape of their lives! We started the first CrossFit workouts in South Carolina and have grown into a community of athletes that train to feel good, improve strength, lose weight, be active, advance sports performance, and even enter competitions! Our expertise stretches across all levels of fitness from beginner to advance.

Come join us, whether you wish to study Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for self-defense, sport competition, mixed martial arts or a combination you will be welcome here. We are fortunate to have Rafael Rosendo instructing classes here full time in Greenville. He is not only an excellent instructor and competitor but friend as well.
