Allie's Fit Pharm

I am a pharmacist and a busy mom of three young girls. I have been fighting my weight since the age of 18. The fight got even more difficult after I had children. It affected every aspect of my life. My confidence was gone and my relationships suffered. A late night infomercial about Insanity changed my life. It was one of the hardest things I've ever done. It changed my body. But more importantly, it change me on the inside. For the first time I experienced true health and fitness. It was exciting and empowering!
After having an unexpected third baby, I am still struggling to lose that weight. But this time, I have so many more tools at my disposal. I've learned so much on this journey and I feel compelled to share this experience with others, because I KNOW I'm not alone.
Our lives are busy and complicated and messy and unpredictable. And hilarious at times!
This is my story. And it is all of those things. I'm excited to share it with you and hear your stories, so we can learn from each other!
