The Alpha Kappa Chapter of Alpha Chi Omega was founded at the University of Oregon on June 22, 1921. At Alpha Chi we believe in inspiring women to reach their potential through leadership, sisterhood and community service. Alpha Chi Omega is a national women’s organization with a 120-year-old history and more than 200,000 members.
At Alpha Kappa, we take pride in our campus involvement, our academic success and, of course, that we bleed green and yellow. We have 160 active members. We were also recognized as Chapter of The Year for 2012 from the University of Oregon.
