Pricing for personal training sessions are $30 per hour. The average session last between 45 minutes to an hour 3 days per week.
Consultation are free of cost and last between 15 and 30 minutes.
Boot camp classes are $5 per person and last between 45 minutes to an hour.( bring your own water, mats and towels etc.)
I also offer out of season conditioning for middle an high school students.( football and track ) $20 per session and each session lasts between 45 minutes to an hour.
Stretch sessions are also available for $20 an hour which lasts between 45 minutes to an hour.
